Ideal for: Beginner to intermediate runners seeking structure and motivation.

Programme 2 -
RunStrong Plus
Goal: Build strength, endurance, and injury resilience.
Includes:
• Weekly running plan on TrainingPeaks.
• One strength workout per week One core/stability workout per week.
• Weekday WhatsApp access for coaching questions and feedback. Weekly check-in & performance review.
Ideal for: Runners seeking a holistic approach and added support.

KidStrong
Goal: Build strength, stamina and confidence
Includes:
• Weekly running plan. One core/stability workout per week.
• Weekday WhatsApp access for coaching questions and feedback.
Ideal for: Kids to experience nature while building friendships.
